All stands are space only. Stand size and included items are outlined in your contract. Please make sure you check your contract before ordering items such as furniture and power.
Important: We will not be able to accommodate any banner or furniture placed outside the stated area in your contract.
Please note that Kings Place gallery area has a wooden floor and no other flooring can be laid on top of this.

Due to storage restrictions, Kings Place can only accept deliveries for CTTC the weekday before. Suggested date for arrival: 15th May and all parcels to be collected after the event by 21st May.
The Conference Centre is open for deliveries from 09:30-17:00. All event packages being shipped to the venue must follow the address standards below.

Once the event has closed, please leave any packages for collection on your stand. Make sure all packages are securely wrapped and clearly labelled with your company name and the number of boxes left (Eg. Box No. ___ Of ___) and the correct courier labels. All parcels to be collected on the 21st May.

All external parties are expected to adhere to this procedure.
No loading is to take place outside the loading bay, on street level or in public areas.
All deliveries must be booked in through Carrie Peel using the schedule template below. All deliveries must be made within the allotted time agreed and using the vehicle and driver defined. If a delivery or collection is not logged with appropriate detail it may be turned away.
Only one dock is available for deliveries so vehicle arrival times must be staggered.
Oversized items, exceeding 3.5m will not be able to be delivered through the loading bay. Please contact Carrie Peel for alternative arrangements.
The maximum vehicle size allowed in the bay is 18T, please alert Carrie Peel to a vehicle of this size as it will fill the entire bay.

The venue requires all vendors, sponsors and exhibitors planning to provide services or set up stands/lightboxes in Kings Place to produce a certificate of Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and (Risk Assessment Method Statement) RAMS to cover any risks durning set up and breakdown.
The insurance certificate and RAMS must be received and processed no later than 30 days prior to load in. PLI must show cover up to 5 million pounds. Any questions please consult with Carrie Peel cpeel@openpharmaresearch.com.
